Let me Introduce Myself

Since you came all the way here I figured I should introduce myself. I’m a lot of things but mostly I’m a flight attendant, a writer, a coffee addict, beer snob, college graduate, girlfriend, bookworm, and a wanderluster. No matter how many crazy stories I write on here, I really do love my job. I am so thankful for all the experiences and friends it’s given me just in the last three years and I hope to fly until I can’t lift my bag into an overhead bin, or maybe even several years after that. For those of you non aviation people, there are flight attendants who only fly one trip a month so it’s possible.

What you can expect on my blog

This blog will basically be full of adventures, stories, rants, and lots of craft beer. So if you don’t like any of those things I have no idea how you landed here in the first place.

My goal is to enjoy putting this blog together but to also help other flight attendants and travelers get organized and travel safer and smarter.

I’m also a feminist & a supporter of equality, the LGBTQ community, and strongly believe that #blacklivesmatter. I have a whole page dedicated to Activism.

Here’s a few things you should know especially if you’re not flight crew:

PAX = Passenger, FA= Flight Attendant, Crew Scheduling = runs my life FA’s have lots of flexibility & also none at the same time.

There are over 7,000 breweries in the U.S. alone. As of today I’ve only been to 130, so I’ve got a lot more work to do! You can check out my posts about my brewery adventures here.
